KOGAS
KOGAS conducts annual employee health check-ups for employees’ health, operates an in-house health center to manage occupational health at all times, and continuously helps sick employees through health managers and health agencies.
KOGAS has established a health management system that creates a pleasant working environment by identifying health-related risk factors of on-site work, and that prevents industrial accidents and occupational diseases by improving the health of all employees. KOGAS strives to create a pleasant and healthy workplace culture by systematically managing the health and safety of each employee such as health management, material safety data sheet (GHS MSDS), health exposure assessment, and through provision and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
The Industrial Health and Safety Committee ensures safety in the workplace, and health and safety of employees. Through this, KOGAS strives to amicably resolve differences of opinion between labor and management, and to formulate reasonable solutions.
Since 2011, KOGAS has established an industrial health management system to manage the supply of personal protective equipment (PPE), material safety data sheets, health exposure assessments, and employee health examinations
In order to develop and disseminate information on health and potential hazards, KOGAS regularly updates material safety data sheet, which is provided on-site for all employees’ reference, and conducts education and training for employees and subcontractors on how to respond in case of fire and leakage.
